My name is Tomasz, but I usually go by Tom, and I am a contractor and freelancer.
I develop web applications (both backend and frontend) and mobile applications for iOS and Android (cross-platform).

TECHNOLOGIES
AI & LLMs
I build with LLM APIs — primarily Codex and Claude, with additional experience in DeepSeek, Qwen and Kimi — for content generation, analysis and automation. I use AI coding assistants in my daily workflow, and my work covers prompt design, structured outputs and retrieval over business data. I am also working on my own model for vision recognition.
Languages
In my daily work I use the latest C#, modern JavaScript (ES2015 onwards) and the latest TypeScript. In the past I also used languages such as Delphi and VBA for commercial projects, and Assembly, Basic and Turbo Pascal for non-commercial ones. As for my main language, C#, I started with version 6.0 (.NET Framework 4.6), moved through version 7.x (.NET Core 2.1) up to the latest .NET, and today I work with C# 14 on .NET 10.
Frameworks/Libraries
Backend development: I currently work with .NET 10, and I have broad experience with .NET Core from version 2.1 onwards. Frontend development: depending on the project, I work with React + Redux or React + Context API. Mobile development: React Native for iOS and Android. CSS frameworks: I have experience with Bootstrap, Materialize, Bulma and MUI (formerly Material-UI).
OR/M & Databases
I have started with Microsoft Entity Framework and did one project; now in current projects I use Entity Framework Core. Depending on the requirements, I also use lightweight OR/M like Dapper and use Microsoft SQL and Transact-SQL (T-SQL) when necessary. I have experience with both Microsoft SQL Server 2022 and Azure SQL Server. I have also some experience with NoSQL like Azure CosmosDB and Firebase.
Cloud Services
I have experience with Azure Cloud Services: App Services (PaaS), Azure Storage, Azure Redis, Azure Key Vault, Azure SQL Server/Database, CosmosDb (NoSQL), Azure WebJobs in App Services, Azure Functions (C#), Application Insights, Azure Containers with Docker images. Due to mobile application development, I also have experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
